Announcing Deus Ex: The Fall

Posted by Valerie Bourdeau

We're thrilled to announce the upcoming release of Deus Ex: The Fall, the next foray into the Deus Ex Universe for the first time on mobile and tablet devices!

As JF and David show off in the announcement video, this new installment of Deus Ex brings all the visual polish and gameplay pillars you've come to expect from the team that brought you Human Revolution, all shrunk down to fit in the palms of your hand.

But don't call this a port! This is a brand new adventure based on the novel The Icarus Effect by Jim Swallow, a core member of the writing team on Deus Ex: Human Revolution. It stars Ben Saxon, an augmented former British SAS Mercenary who gets betrayed by his employers, the Tyrants (you know, Namir, Barrett and Fedorova, your best buddies from DXHR). Your search for the truth will take you from mafia hideouts in Moscow to the slums of Panama.

Deus Ex: The Fall will be available soon for iPad 3, iPhone 4S and iPod Touch 5 and above for the price of $6.99. It is also confirmed for Android devices, but timing is still to be announced. It will be playable at the Square Enix booth at this year’s E3 (South Hall #1647, come say hi!)

I am getting some useful tips from write my coursework online platform to play this and win this time.

This should be available on all feasible touch-based platforms, such as title-hungry systems like WiiU and PSVita. Not to mention it would do great on Windows 8 tablet and hybrids. The only understandable "exclusive" of DE:HR is the WiiU Director's Cut, since most of the game content there is already on all the other platforms, save the few graphical upgrades, enemies and weapons shown. Beyond touch gaming, all the fans are hurt that you would cut off the core fanbase: PC and then consoles.

Yeah, I won't take "The Fall." The Deus Ex franchise started on PC and well, logically I guess expanded to consoles.

Why the hell would you think this is a good idea? I don't and never will own an apple product. Who greenlighted this? Hell, even if it was on android, I still wouldn't buy this. You're wasting your time here. And here I thought that SquareEnix was against doing more shitty iOS cash ins.

You won't be seeing a cent from me.

y they dont make a PC version of this game???

As a fan of the franchise, this makes me sad. Why iOS only? It dos'nt make sense to me at all.

What about Android Tablets too and PC. Sorry this is just Fail really had my hopes up for this. Now I just feel sad very, very sad!!!

For shame. I /facepalm.exe this. IOS is complete garbage, Apple is garbage.
Those of us that remember the real Deus Ex.

P.S. I miss Ion Storm

I'm shure you have noticed how disappointed is the community. Me included.
I really hope you have something on the sleeve for the E3. You have quite a fan base, and that's something you should care about. We were all waiting for a next-gen / PC game announcement...

Please release this on Steam, PSN, and XBLA instead... No one wants this on iOS.

Please...for the love of god...PS Vita...
